| I went instore (Rondebosch)on the 13th January 2012 to apply for a 2nd contract. I had no feedback the Monday from the store so I called to find out what's happening. I was told its pending. Made another call Wednesday, the consultant I dealt wirth wasn't there so another took a message for him to call me back AND that she would check to see why its taking so long. I didn't receive any calls. The Friday I called again and I was again told its pending. I then called the MTN call centre and the operator then called the store while I was online. I was promised a call on Saturday which did not happen. The Monday 23rd I received a call saying that the phone I intially applied for was declined but I could take the other option. I then went into the store to activate that phone. When I got there I was told that there's a problem with the system,they will call me. They didn't, I contacted them the Friday afternoon where I was again told its declined! Without reason he said to me that I must call 808 and find out why. That's not my job! Its there's! MTN call centre couldn't help me either. I cancelled that contract! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE STORE AND MTN! Very disappointed! | |||

According to our systems there's a contract that has been approved and activated on the 30-01-2012.
