I made a complaint about mtn with regards to my blackberry 9800 going in numerous times for repairs and still having problems So 2 weeks back I posted a complaint on hellopeter and asked for them to change the model of my phone or cancell my contract. I get a email from mr motlatsi stating he is sorry for the problems that led to me posting a complaint on hellopeter and that they are going to change my 9800 for the 9810 I went through to midrand mtn yesterday and kushal and talika were very helpfull and even managed to get me a sealed box with my new phone Over all experience is great and hope to have a great relationship with mtn Thanks motlatsi,kushal,talika at mtn midrand |
