After enquiring about their "Uncapped" packages including the router/modem, Kevin from their sales division contacted me. He confirmed that they are out of stock, but also assured me that they will be getting new stock within a few days. He also assured me that he would do everything in his power to make sure I receive it ASAP. He kept me up to date on the progress regarding the stock in a timely fashion. I never had to phone him..he ALWAYS phoned as he promised he would, and even sometimes just to give me an update. I never had to guess what was happening. not ONCE. I would like to compliment Kevin and MTN for their professional service, their concern for my problem, and their speedy response to it. They did not make any empty promises, they delivered exactly what they said from day one, no surprises or frustrations at all. They were open and honest!! I have been a proud MTN user for 10+ years, and once again I got GREAT service from them!! I am a happy smiling MTN customer. :D |
