Last year I applied for a cellphone contract with MTN and was assisted by Lynette Sills. I received EXCELLENT service from her from start to finish. On Monday, 6 February 2012, I applied for a second contract and she kept me informed every step of the way. Whenever I had a question, and I had many, she responded in no time with an explanatory and friendly respond. This has been the best service from MTN I have ever had, considering that I have been a loyal MTN user for 13 years! A very big thank you to Lynette! |
