| I SENT MY PHONE FOR REPAIRS. ON THE 4TH OF JANUARY. ON THE 17 I WAS TOLD MY PHONE WAS READY. BUT THE PHONE WAS WRONG AND HAD A CRACKED SCREEN. I CHECKED THE SERIAL NUMBER IT WAS NOT MATCHING MINE. I SENT THE PHONE BACK TO THE STORE. ONLY THEN THEY REALIZED THAT THE PHONES WERE SWITCHED AT THE REPAIR CENTER AFTER I BROUGHT IT BACK AND THEY HAD TO CALL THE REPAIR CENTER TO VERIFY. THE PHONE HAD NO PAPERWORK. NOW THEY SAY I BROKE IT. BUT THERE IS NO PROOF THAT THE PHONE WAS WELL OR NOT AS IT HAS NO PAPERS THAT I SIGNED FOR. | |||

We completely understand the frustration it causes. As per our conversation, the matter will be referred to the management team of our High Volume Repair centre as well as the Olifantsfontein store for urgent attention.
