After several calls to the Call centre and driving to the MTN store and arguments with the store assistant I still have no Idee if my upgrade can be cancelled. I have called the Call centre on several occasions and gave received the following Reference number for the calls. 8th February 2012 13:29 Upgrade cancelation enquiry - No reference 14:00 Ref: 83622240 15:17 Ref: 83637912 15:30 Ref: 83638600 During all the above mentioned calls I was advised that my contract should be cancelled at the store which did the upgrade for me if it was in the 7 day period. Phone assistance is not possible in this regard. I was also advised that the handset would be taken back and a new contract be issued. 16:00 Ref: 83640292 Vanessa had something else to say: The contract can unfortunately not be cancelled if the handset is not faulty. She spoke privately to the consultant which in return was furious with me and told me that it is impossible for the umpteenth time to cancel the contract. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE THIS UPGRADE CANCELLED AS IT DOES NOT SUITE MY BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS? Zirk |
