Dear MTN... this is the 4th complaint regarding my account/bill which I have been trying to sort out for almost 2 years... Just want to inform you that by posting a reply to this complaint (and all the others) saying that you will deal with this matter is in fact not dealing with it at all! You need to actually sort it out!!!!! So PLEASE could someone phone me / mail me or whatever you need to do to sort this out! |
