Unnecessary billing charges

My MTN bill comes off by debit order off my credit card account. For some reason the December amount was not processed. In January both the December and January amounts came off, as well as a "Admin RD" charge which I feel was not my doing.

Hope this gets sorted out here as its a nightmare of follow-ups and a waste of time to report this at any of the stores
