| On Friday 3th Feb I went through to MTN Northgate service branch for an upgrade, I got the blackberry 9360. the man that helped me Mduduzi sorted my things out and said I was connected and everything was sorted out. Needless to say it took them 3 days to connect me with no feedback from Northgate, I had to go to clearwater to have my phone connected. Another thing that I find strange is my subscription fee, on tv and on the system it gets advertised for R199 monthly and I get charged R229, I asked the Supervisor Trevor at Northgate why and he said he would get back to me, well surprisingly I am still waiting. I am seriously disgusted at the lack of service I received from the staff at Northgate seems to me that they really dont know what they are doing, and what angered me more is they dont even bother to phone, I would like to know if MTN is going to refund me for the 3 days that i wasnt connected as I refuse to pay for a service that wasnt on due to the incompetence of the Northgate staff. I lodged a complain to MTN email but I am still waiting for a response. So doesnt leave much to be desired from the service. I would greatly appreciate a response ASAP! | |||
