Ok, i know, none of your branches have the iPhone 4S, and, of course, its the suppliers fault, there are none in the country etc etc etc. I understand that supply can be the problem here, and thats not the issue here - the issue is the big fat ad on your website (amongst other advertising) saying 'Available NOW from MTN - Get yours NOW!' Why? Why are you doing that to your customers, and why are you doing that to your staff? You are just causing a lot of frustration amongst everyone. I would hate to be one of your staff right now who no doubt are being bombarded by frustrated customers. Do everyone a favour and take those ads down until you actually CAN offer what you say. And please, don't use the 'Subject to availability' fineprint as an excuse. You are not helping people to love you. This is what makes people change providers, not the lack of phones. |
