Non-existant Client Service from MNT ServiceCentre

Two of my MTN contracts expire at 1to1 at MTN Fouchini on 5 Feb. At the MTN service centre Northgate I've signed up for 2 new MTN contracts. Lesego that assisted me only had one of the handsets and promised that there will be stock Tuesday after 2pm. When I arrived on Tuesday 16:10 she did not even submit the contracts for approval yet and the handset was not delivered. We asked for the manager Tato but the doorman Cedric told us he went out shopping. After getting very upset Lesego gave me her phone 17:20 and told me that her manager wants to speak to me. After saying hello I've asked him if he was in the same store. He replied yes. I asked him to please put the phone down and come speak to me in person. He came to Lesego's desk limping (the doorman told us he was out shopping). He apologized for the inconvenience and promised that the two numbers for life will be active and the two handsets will be ready to collect today at 16:00 and that Lesego will give me updates every hr to take me through the process today. 13:30 I did not get any phonecall from her. I am still waiting. I don't know where to go from here.!!!!! They are simply not interested in new business at all.

According to our records the handsets were received and the numbers are active on our network.

As for the treatment received from the store, we have escalated the matter to the relevant supervisory for investigation and resolution.
