i went in to sign a contract on the 26 January 2012. For mtn unlimited data deal with free wireless router. It is now 8 feb 2012 and they still cant give me an answer in which life time i could expect to receive the router.... Two if my colleagues came in 2 days before me and both got their router and sim in 2 days. Every time i phone , its we have no stock, would you like to cancel the contract. NO i would like you to honor the contract. THIS IS WHY VODACOM HAS 49% of the south african market and MTN only 30%.... Just do your job and get me my router and sim if you dont know how to do it, maybe you should phone vodacom and ask them for advice...otherwise remove the AD from your website as you are false advertising |

| Not Impressed: Well they got me my router, at an extra cost each month, that was ok, has been more than 24 hours and the sim hasnt been activated. I give up, i phoned mtn centurion and spoke to daniel, gave him the detail, im so confident that he wont phone me back, the only good thing of this experience is i can use this shocking service by mtn for my studies , and seeing as its published it should atleast reach a few thousand people. Well done MTN | |||
