Im really upset as Im trying to book my blackberry 9700 in for repairs and cant get any joy from Mtn insurance claim department . When I try to call in the call gets dropped or Im on hold for 10-20 min at a time this is not on!!! I have been trying to book my handset in for the past week and every day this is how Im treated . Im really dissipointed in Mtn . |
