Why cant the staff inform a customer that their EFT machines are not working before I go through the entire process of finding the item, getting the original item checked (which took awhile as nobody quite knew what to do and there was no phone to test it on...and this is a service center which has no phones by the way????) , finally getting to the counter to pay, and then be told I must go draw cash to pay for it as their machines are not working... this is a non-service service center in my opinion.... |
