I got a new contract from mtn direct and the device was delivered on 07/02/2012. I phoned to activate the sim card and told it would be done in 24 Hours. After 24 Hours i still could not use the sim card. After the whole day getting shoved around from one department to another. I find out the card is not been rica. Even though the documents were sent with the courier company. I was told that it would take a week or so unless I would go and rica it myself at a store. None of this was communicated with me and I am extremely dissapointed with this. I am at the point where i am deciding whether I should return the device. |
