MTN useless staff, reason why Vodacom preferred

Hi , I must say i have never experience such worthless customer service in my life. No wonder Vodacom has market share.

I cancelled my contract on 30 September 2011 with MTN (Home of wesBank branch) and on [Email Removed] . i even went prior to the agent Charl louw to confirm the date in which my contract needs to be cancelled by.He confirmed that contract will be cancelled and the sim will switch from contract to prepaid. But since my Sim has doesn't work and my account has been debited from October to December.
i have contacted Charls on 30th september 2011 , 6th December 2011, 9th December 2011,9th January 2012 and still resolved.Charls Louw service level or turn around should be change from indefinite to 48 hours.....note for your training department ....if MTN has one
Inaddition i contact Lungile Mngomezulu , they told be i wasnt invoiced for November or december .....What useless personnel MTN has..... My bank statement clearly shows the debit order going off. Case ID 4804788.
I replied back on 17 January 2012 , and guess what .....no answer since then. another note ...hire staff that under how to read a statement.

When can i get my money!!!!!! back

Thank you for your post.

Apologies for the delayed response and inconvenience experienced.

Kindly be advised that according to our records, cancellation request was received on the 03-10-2011, therefore 30days notice applied.

The last invoice for the account was dated 20-11-2011 and the amount was debited in December.

Please note that the account was debited a month in arrears, hence the December debit order.

There were no invoices for December or even January.

Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
