| I handed in my wife's Blackberry Torch for repair on 10 January 2012. On 23 January i was informed that the phone would be replaced under guarantee as it could not be repaired. Since then all i have received are promises that my new phone will be with me by "tomorrow" or "end of the week" or "early next week". Despite leaving no less than 6 messages with the Call repair centre for a supervisor/manager to contact me, i have heard nothing. I am moving all my contracts to MTN due to the horrific service meted out by Vodacom, but i am starting to regret it already. | |||
