Customers are not important

to cut a very long sotry short. Went to mtn cresta to take out a contract for the internet with the wifi router @ R289.00. This was in Jan 2012. Cresta first said they dont have stock then sudennly when i said i need it urgently they said they have a different model. was to be ready within 3 days max. After 3 days i heard nothing so i phoned and was told the contract is approved but they dont have the modem. the gentleman tells me it will take a week. no apology nothing. ASked for the manager but was told she is out and will give the message. The whole weekend goes by and nothing. Go to the store on monday and fianlly speak to granny who says she is the manager. Evenetually after 3 days i get a call to say it is ready and i can collect after i was phoning everyday as i did not get a single call back from granny or anyone at mtn. I phoned your head office even who said they cant do anything. then i go to collect the router and guess what. They say they made a mistake and need to resubmit the application. I then had to wait another 2 days even when i explained the urgency as this impacted my wifes work. was told i would be getting a refund for the problem and i am still waiting.

Indifferent: Veronica at least had the decency to call and check if all had been resolved. MTN cresta just sent a mail to me to say they will resolve. Not too happy with that but thanks veronica
