| I upgraded my contract with MTN in October 2010 and since then my Sony Erickson Xperia, had given me problems with the software. My phone went back for repairs almost every month and everytime the report would say that the software was upgraded. How many times can software be upgraded? I cannot say that I had any pleasure from my supposed to be new phone. I want my phone repalced but don't know what prodecure to follow.Can you pleas help!!! | |||
