BOUGHT A NEW BLACKBERRY AT TRUWORTHS WITH MTN WARRANTY ,AFTER 10 DAYS SCREEN MALFUNCTION ,WAS TAKEN TO TRUWORTHS WOODLANDS AND WAS INSPECTED AND IN 100% PERFECT CONDITION ,SEND TO MTN REPAIRS ,BUT WAS NOTIFIED THAT I HAD TO PAY R1300 FOR REPAIRS ,AFTER PHONING AND SHOWED THE PERFECT REPORT FROM TRUWORTHS THAT THERE WAS NO ABUSE OR SCRATCHES NOTHING STILL HAVE THE STICKERS ON THEIR REPLY IT IS SCRATCHED INSIDE THE SCREEN ,ALTHOUGH THE PHONE WAS NEW AND NEVER OPENED. IS THIS NOW A NEW SCHEME TO RIP OFF THE PUBLIC |

| Utterly Disgusted: IT TOOK THEM 3 DAYS TO TRACK IT ,AFTER THE REF NUMBER WAS POSTED AND MAILED ,BUT THATS NOT THE BEST- THE PHONE WAS HANDED IN IN 100% CONDITION AS STIPULATED ON THE REPORT BY TRUWORTHS ,BUT NOW SUDDENLY THE PHONE SCREEN HAS BEING DAMAGED AND I HAVE TO PAY ,WHAT A LAUGH WHEN RUDOLF FROM TRUWORTHS SPOKE TO THE TECHNICIAN FROM MTN A WEEK AGO HE CONFIRMED THAT THE PHONE HAS NO DAMAGE OR SCRATCHES ON AS THE TRUWORTHS REPORT STIPULATED-THIS IS ***** | |||
