| within the 1st or 2nd week of June month 2011 (I dont remember the extact date, but it was definetely within this time frame) before my contracted expired (31.06.11), I went into the shop to cancel my contract. It was done by consultant Bulelani Mosele at Canal Walk City, Century city. All paper work was done and the account has been closed. The end of June month I received a phone bill, followed by the months of July, August, September and October 2011. In total, i received 5 extra Invoices for a contract I no longer had, and was no longer in use. I called the call centre 31 Aug 11 (Ref No. 78094641 consultant Monliswa) and the consultant advised that the account was not closed? I then went into the shop at Canal Walk, Century City to query this, and found out that the paper work was misplaced on their side??? This was 27.09.11 and the consultant I dealt with was a gentleman Mr. Feder Ref. 79000578. Again on this day I cancelled the contract again, and completed paper work again. After that, I just decided to put a stop sale on this account, just to ensure that they do not deduct any of my money again. I want my money back, paying for something/services I dont have is not fair! | |||

We have requested a refund to be processed for the months billed after your cancellation request. This could take between 2 and 5 working days for the funds to be in your bank account. Utterly Disgusted:
Dear Veronica, I am not very pleased with you service you/MTN provide to me and ALL customers. On 08 Feb 2012 you advised that I will be refunded for the inconvenienced caused. This just proves that MTN is indeed UNRELIABLE and does not look after their clients!!! please revert backt o me ASAP! I look forward to receiving the refund that is due to me! |
