| I have had numerous problems with mtn regarding my BIS services which has been giving problems since last weekend .I called the call centre hoping they would be able to help and they told me what to do on my phone which i did however the services only worked for an hour or to I called back today and I was referred to their other call centre on the following number 0831555 the agent there was rude and kept talking over me she was very impatient and not instrested in assisting me at all to point where she would raise her voice or just be silent all of this after it took me 20 minutes before i got throught to them .She was rude one could pick it up in her tone so i cut the call my BIS is still not working and as a result im loosing bussiness other than the fact that im paying for something i cant even use due to theire incompantence its also effecting my pockets .I have been an mtn client for years and im disgusted by their service i will glady advice people to switch to another network duue to the service i have received . | |||

According to our records the BIS service is active and it's in use.
