| On Fri 3 Feb 2012 I applied for a 2nd cellphone contract at MTN, Sharon Park shopping centre, Nigel. Dealer code 11SEE. SEQ no: TV1925121. Khaya was the salesperson. He promised to phone me back mon or tue the following week with my appl results. Since yesterday, Tue 7 Feb, I have been trying to find an answer. MTN doesn't have the dealership phone no. They cant locate my appl details on their system either. Khaya hasn't phone me back. The number that MTN supplied me with (Lisa) 011-8089000 to assist me with MTN dealerships, 4 attempts, no-one answers. MTN cannot process a second new appl because that, they claim, will cause duplication! Never mind that they can't find my original appl on the system! I specially went to this MTN dealer, 20km out of town, because the franchise shop in Springs is no good. What do I have to do now to find out what is happening with my appl,? I have the copy of the paperwork on my desk! | |||
