Bad customer service

I have been trying now for TWO YEARS just to change my personal details such as address and surname with MTN. I went into the Menlyn Store NUMEROUS times personally to try and change it. I have send NUMEROUS faxes and e-mails to the fax numbers and e-mails addresses provided on my accounts, but all to no avail. Does MTN have even have something like Customer Service?
