| HEADLINE | 7 WEEKS WAITING WITH NO FEEDBACK AND BAD ATTITUDES |

| I took my iPhone4 in for repair under insurance on the 15th December 2011 and informed them that I'd be away till the 5th of Jan. They assured me my new phone would be ready by the time I got back. I called on the 10th of Jan to check, and no one at the store knew what I was talking about. 2 emails later Stephen Daniel - the store supervisor - got back to me and said that the phone was never sent off and that he was sending it that day. After me nagging him for a new expected time, he said 6-7 days. It is now 3 WEEKS later and I'm informed that Stephen has gone on leave and nobody knows anything about my phone AGAIN! I have phoned the store numerous times and been hung up on, or just left waiting for up to 15 minutes, I have been told on a daily basis that the will find out what is going on and call me back.. and they dont. I have never had worse service in my life. And all this while I pay R650/month for a service I AM NOT GETTING. All I want is my old, broken phone back from them, and to go to a new store, and they cannot even do that for me. You will notice that the cell phone number listed below is VODACOM and I will try get get everyone on MTN to swop to another provider. | |||
