| I have had the phone for about 3 months when the phone stopped charging. I sent it in for repaires and received the phone back after 10 days. When I received the phone all info, downloaded games, skype, e-mails, everything was deleted from my phone!! Guess what, a few months later the same problem occured - my phone can not charge. Guess what they tolled me? All was going to be deleted, there is nothing they can do. After receiving the phone back the first time I tried saving the numbers on the sim but the Xperia does not give you the option to do so. I accepted there is nothing we can do and the assistand assured me the phone will be fixed! I received the phone back after 9 days only to take it back the next day, THE PHONE IS STILL NOT CHARGING!!!!!! ...... what was the reply??? " mam, I'm sorry there is nothing I can do, you need to send the phone back in again" What do you say to that. I'm so angry! How can you send something back from repaires and it is still not fixed?? Aperently the xperia is having a problem and no option is given for a different phone!! howmany times will I need to send it in, how many times will I loose all data!! Make a plan guys!! | |||
