| Late in 2011, I ordered an iPhone, which was delivered to me and came with a free SIM. I was not informed that I needed a micro-SIM, so I did not check that it was with the phone.When I learned that I needed a micro-SIM, and that one had not been delivered to me, I called the contact centre to solve the problem. After many empty promises of a return phone call to sort it out, I eventually got through to Colin Flank. Colin was very helpful & apologetic for his colleagues who had consistently not returned my calls. He told me that they did not have stock of the micro-SIM, & that I would have to buy one myself, and be reimbursed. With his help I did so, & sent my receipt through to Ramona Hughes, as instructed.(The following day my free micro-SIM was actually delivered, but I refused delivery as I had already bought one myself, & was now waiting for my refund). This was on 8/12/2011. I did not get any feedback from Ramona, & have also tried Samiema Blouse to no avail. (I sent emails on 6, 13, 16 Jan 2012). All I want to know is where is my refund, & how is it going to reach me?That I should wait over a month for just an answer, never mind the actual money owed to me, is unacceptable | |||
