Hello fazekma, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate that you have made us aware of the issues that you have been faced with. I apologize for any inconveniences caused as a result of this. We understand the frustration that you endured in your attempt to have the issue resolved. I have loaded an airtime amount of R189 in order for the purchase of a further bundle to take place. I will however, request that our prepaid team look into the matter once again to establish and determine the cause of the loss of data on your line.
