| Well my Laptop was sent in got it back in working but completely outdate. All my software lost every thing. The big thing is that fighted at least got some feed back that were the promises came and went through the Window. Mr Lubra MTN SP Manager promised to deliver the LAPTOP and to settled my December account for all the problems created on their side will here i am all PAYED MY DECEMBER ACCOUNT that was told by me. Well i went to MTN SP to asked if they may be are sure that they are happy with all there promise breaking. They promised me that MR Lubra will contact me on 09/1/2012 well it now on 14/01/2012 still know phone call to me. Just to ask may be MTN need to change the contract term. To " Please dear MR/MISS we only supply a phone and a SIM if you have a Problem WE DON'T CARE yours sensually MTN SP your Service Provider PS not providing SERVICE that is only there to sound GOOD THANK YOU" | |||

| Not Impressed: MTN SP has phone me at last not Mr Lubra at 1st. They told me that they won't do as they have arranged at 1st. Also told me that they have kept there promise. The 1 half at least. But at least I know now what and who am I to them only a number that MUST pay them every month and if I have a problem I must please hesitate to ask(ReAly HESITATE). 2nd Mr Lubra doesn't see the reason why he must phone back his clients when they ask for him apparently they disturb him. | |||
