Hi I went to MTN the Glen ( their walk in store by the pick n pay) on Sunday the 29th January 2012 to open a new contract. i was told that the forms would not be able to get processed immediately as it was a Sunday and the "vetting" was closed, but i could fill out the forms and they would phone me on the Monday 30 January 2012 to let me know whether or not the contract had been approved. i then went into the store again on Monday the 30 January 2012, as i was at The Glen and the store does not have a contact number. the consultant told me that it was still processing and showed me on the system that it had been looked at at 08:43am Monday morning but hadn't been processed as yet. i was then told that they would contact me that afternoon or definitely today 31 January 2012 with a response. it is already 11:00 am and i have still not heard anything about whether or not my contract has been approved or not. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! how long does it take to find out the status!!! |
