| Good Day,Thank u for your responce Somayya, but i am still awaiting feedback.Somayya no one has called me yet.I called the call centre and spoke to a team leaders Sol & Regina on the 09.10.11/01.2011 to contact me,im still awaiting the call.Only ppl phoning me MBD Attorneys.I find this pathetic that i have to beg for feedback on a problem that MTN has created not only for me but for urselfs.I feel a fool xplaining this to every agent must be ovr 50ppl by now & no one knows what to say.PLZ PLZ phone me or give me a no where i can call you on or whoever is suppose to be helping me so that this matter can be solved & get to an end.Im fedup,tired &dont have time really!!!! PLZ my no is 0836946571.From here i guess the nxt step would have to be the ombuds man as no man is hearing my plead at MTN | |||
