10 days ago I registered at MTN for a contract for the Samsung Galaxy S2 at the MTN in Rosebank Zone, the personnel there were very efficient, since am an already existing MTN customer they prepared all my documents quickly, informed me of the process... They also told me it would take a maximum of 48 hours to process and finalize, the next day they informed me the contract had been approved but unfortunately they do not have stock of the Galaxy S2 and if I would kindly wait as everyday a courier comes in with phones and I would probably have the phone soon. I waited patiently for 10 days but there was no progress whatsoever! 1 day ago I visited the MTN in Rosebank again and the guy informed me that they had stock of the phone but was unsure if MTN had or had not approved the contract yet, I clearly don't understand this part as he informed me before that everything was in order. I visited them again today and he told me that he had lodged a complaint at head office a day ago but there was still no response. I have lost all patience and am sick of this, what happened to MTN's amazing care and speed I experienced before??? It feels like there is no efficience anymore in MTN |

Thanks so much The issue was solved the very next day :) Thank you One more matter if this is possible, on my contract I only get 10mb per month and that clearly isn't enough and from what I learnt from MTN customer care (who was pretty rude by the way) that whenever I need data I have to call the MTN customer care, stay on hold till am answered and then request for more data and then answer a series of security questions before its accepted Is this the only way? Thanks |
