POOR PORTING

In September 2011 I took out a new contract with MTN and requested that my number be ported from Virgin Mobile. My number was only released by Virgin Mobile on 16 November 2011 and I am now on pay as you go. Mtn having been trying since then to port my number. I have had all sorts of excuses from Nishara but it all boils done to none delivery. I am now ready to take my custom to your opposition as I feel I have been patient for long enough.
