Hi, i bought a MTN uncapped lite from MTN direct(0837819668) they delivered me package i did nt get any signal and speed was terrible(not more than 29kb) then i called techincal department ref no: 00003038514 theu said they are going to call me in 24 hours nobody called me still my speed was below 29kb. i deceided to cancel my contract because its still with in 10 days, i called MTN direct told them i want to return it back so they told me to go to midrand MTN and return i went there they said i need to go to centurion i went there then they sadi they wont take it i need to call MTN direct, then i called MTN direct told them i want to cancell the contract (ref no: 83133965,neobean). next day i called MTN direct and asked them about cancellation they put to cancellation department(ref no: 83188684 xolile.marota) they are they showed me really **** he said he cant cancell contract as part of 10 days return policy because i got issues with signal he said he dont care about consumer protection act.put me through cpoverage department where he said some body need to come acess the situation. still nothing happened i am sitting with mtn modem |

hi, thank you for reply i was in a meeting when they called me. to day i received a call from mtn,they are very helpful. still i feel that you need be more customer focussed especially getting proper information from MTN is highly difficult. i feel mtn got lot of rude people in customer care like xolile.marota in cancellation dept,mtnsp, who cant even convince customer that everything will be right, you people must understand how frustrated we are for poor service |
