Ref no 82253579 and HALLOPETER complaint of 6 January 2012 refer. New contract was taken with a free Samsung TV. Up to date no TV was delivered and the local store says it's out of their hands to do something about it. The MTN call centre advised me to give the phone back and cancel the 24 month contract. The absence of MTN solving their problem with Samsung makes it even worse I am really disappointed to say that I have had no response from MTN. Samsung did phone me 4 times while investigating and their feedback is that MTN did not order the TV from them and the excuse that I get at the MTN shop is not true. My MTN cell no is 083 957 4944 I am still waiting for MTN to deliver the TV or respond to my complaints |

Kindly note that we tried to call on both numbers provided without success, the phone was not answered. Samsung has been trying to get hold of you in 3 attempts last week to no avail advising about the delivery of your TV set. Arisa and Sarel have been keeping you in the loop as far as the challenges that they have been experiencing with stock, however they will be incontact with you for the collection of the TV.
