MTN Taking my Airtime!

I have a simply query which MTN has now not given me a proper answer in 3 days. Basically I feel my query is being ignored. I am paying for 2 contracts and this month I received no carry over airtime from last month? Is this what I am paying for? Isn't this *****?
Then the Shocking one, I lost R50 and made only 1 phone call, when phoning the call centre, I am informed that they don't know what happened to the airtime???? I can you not know???
It appears MTN is taking airtime and they do not care about it. First carry over airtime from 2 of my lines, and now more money from 1 phone call!!!!!!
This is ***** as I have not used anything.
