| I ve 2 contracts wit MTN, 083445 xxxx and 083309XXXX,It is becoming a common course dat during December MTN do not process debit order on this contract (083445 xxx0) and decided to process two debits in January, this also happened year before and I don't understand the reason or logic, if a debit could go thru on 1 contract why nt on de other, debit on 083 309 xxxx goes through as per agremnt, I specifically requested MTN to debit my account monthly on the 25th on both accounts (obviously due to chain on holidays this should be de immediate subsequent business day) not to accumulate the billing as this is an inconvience. You cant bill my acc as & when you fill like, my debit order is on de 25th not even on de 31st 4 dat matter, why should the billing be deferred to Jan , this mess up with my cashflow, I do my budget monthly and it was agreed that debit order be on the 25th every month, this is not isolated as it happened year before also, if I default u'll be making a big noise, I have posted this to MTN active (2012-01-19), no response 2 date, it is obviosuly dat u only respond to Hellopeter, I tried 2 give u benefit 2 sort it inhouse by using MTNactive obviously dis is useless | |||

| Over the Moon: The lady I spoke to was very helpful, I hope MTN takes queries on their MTNactive site serious for actioning, because the query was first logged there, but no response or actioning, we dont always want to go to Hellopeter but offer you opportunity to address inhouse | |||
