| My loyalty points are not updated and i have to call mtn first before they can update and no one gives me a better explanation as to when does their system updates it so that i wont call but at the moment i m far behind with updates of points but i use lots of money on my phone. The cell number i use is 0834332631. I have references of the calls made recently which are not yet attended to by mtn. They are: 82319322 and 83216750. I want my points updated but mtn personel always tell me that they ll call me regarding this problem but they never do. I always call and ask every month for updates of my loyalty points and now they are standing at 2395 points of which is too little compared to the amount i have used. | Quite Impressed: Thanks to hellopeter for helping me with mtn. Mtn responded very positively and even registerd me on loyalty updates which i never knew of before. My loyalty points are now updated from 2399 to 2999 now. I salute hellopeter.com. I wish we could get good service providers like hellopeter. Continua hellopeter.... | |||
