| First applied at this branch on 23 December for iphone 4S 32Gig. No feedback until 13 January. Went in again and spoke to Georgina. She took my details and promised to keep me informed regularly. Now 24 January - no feedback. Also no response to 2 sms's that I sent to her number. I assume MTN does not care about long-time loyal customers anymore and would prefer it if I move to another network? | |||
