Fastlink/3G Coverage Warner Beach area SHOCKING!!!

I am still waiting for correspondence on this matter, todate no response to my email dated 03 January 2012 ~ querying where the technician is who contacted me on 28.12.2011 and said he was coming to have a look at my "problem" with my connection in the Warner Beach area.

Quite Impressed: Thank you MTN for your quick response.
Your technician Sbu came out to my home yesterday and confirmed that there is NO SIGNAL in the area and that he would suggest a booster be installed.
Sbu has confirmed this morning that the MTN Planning Office is still looking into where a suitable place would be for the booster / tower. In the meantime I still sit with NO SIGNAL and 3G that does not work.....
