The tower in my area, has been down since the end of November. Whenever I call MTN, no one has an answer. No one seems to know what the problem is. I just either end up with a simpleton who clearly knows nothing or I end up having to talk to an arrogant b**tard who assures me that they will "fix it someday". Who at MTN actually knows what is happening and why are we, paying customers, left in the dark and just treated like dirt? I am absolutely disgusted at the way this company treats its clients |
