Data Bundle purchased

My name is Tshepo Twala and on the 16/01/2012 i purchased a data bundle of 2GB(R389) via a bank transfer from FNB for my 3G card but i punched in a wrong number(0739497947) instead of 0739297947. On the 18/01/2012 i spoke to Berlioze who told me that i should fax my bank statement that will prove that i purchased the data bundle and the bundle will be reversed back to 0739297947, i did fax the bank statement on the 26/01/2012. I sent a complaint on the MTN website on 28/01/2012 and no response was given. I called on 31/01/2012 and was told that a decision was made by the supervisor in charge that the matter cannot be resolved. What bothers me is that i am unemployed and studying, i don't have money to waste. I bought that data bundle for school projects that i had to do. I do not have money to throw around, mabey the supervisor has that money to do so but i don't, i really need that data bundle reversed. I don't understand why MTN would treat it's customers in this manner?

Quite Impressed: I was impressed when MTN phoned me on the 02/02/2012 to notify me that the matter is being looked into and i was promised that they will get to the bottom of this.  That alone made me to have faith that they really do care about their customers.
