My wife lost her cellphone. I go to MTN at Metlife Plaza to ask about a new card and SIM swop. Firstly it is difficult enough to get Lillian's attention. Aziz just ignored me completely. I'm told they need a bar-code ID and proof of address. I ask what time they close and Lillian says 15:00. I Live only a few minutes away and arrive back at the door at 14:58 only to see them switch the lights off and walk out. Lillian would not give me her name - fortunately she had a badge on. Aziz gave his rather rudely. We pay money for this?
