BIS nor contract activated.

I recently got the new BB Curve. I asked that my prepaid number be used as my contrct's number. But this seems to be the mistake I made as I have read there are also previous issues with customers waiting for periods longer then what was said to them, when they applied for the contract. And so that whould now include myself. I feel that if it will take longer, to rather admit to it, then to continously ****about activation periods that are not met. I am not sure if this will get me anywhere but do wish for my services to be activated as soon as possible so that I too do not have to pay for air time out of my pocket when I should be using that given to me through the agreed contract with MTN.

With that said, I am also having to add that the mtn store I visited gave the worst customer service or service in general that I have ever come across. And I justify that statement with the evidence of an employee listening to music via a headset, and paying more attention to his latest sms messages then allowing me to understand my contract and for what I am agreeing to.

I am not a person of complaints but with service like this, I feel regretful to have left my previous service provider.

According to our records your pre-paid number was migrated to top up as a number for life on the 11-01-2012.

As for the staff member at the store, the matter has been escalated to the relevant supervisory team for urgent investigation.

We understand that the entire experience must have been very frustrating and hope that we can restore your faith in us.
