Bad Service

I booked in my Blackberry 8900 for repairs, under warranty, on 18/01.2012, at the Walk in service center in Hemmingways , East London. I was informed by the manager that the phone would be sent to PE the following day for repairs. This morning I called the repair center and I was informed that the phone has still not been sent to them. I have not received any feed back from Mtn. And I'm told by their help desk that This service center does not have a No. I can contact the m on.

Over the Moon: Decided to check at the Mtn walk in center in Hemmingways East London same day I logged the complaint only to find my phone waiting for me. Was told its been there since Friday 27th. My only gripe was the lack of communication. But I'm still a happy Mtn customer.
