| At about 16:40 yesterday i loaded and activated the 1 day unlimited internet voucher from mtn. After noticing that i am not getting confirmation that the voucher is now active, i phoned the customer services and a lady advised me that the turnaround time is 24 hours. She gave me the 1555 number and transfered me to them but i did not get assistance, probably bcoz it wasnt office hours. Earlier today i phoned again for assistance but it sounded like Mpilo (the consultant) is either not farmilia with the product or is unawear how it works because he told me that its active and that he cant see whats happening with the voucher as i hav not been on the internet. Strangly enough i had been but he simply dismissed what i had to say about MY internet usage. Now, 24 hours later the voucher is not active and i am being charged the R2 per 1mb out of bundle rate. Cant help but to feel like i am being ripped-off by a service provider i have been using since 2002. | |||
