Abused Patience

My name is Petronella, I reported my problem to MTN on the 9th of January telephonic ally . I could not make calls on my phone and still now I can't,, so I explained everything like I put the sim on oa different handset but not working. And also a different sim to my handset. It works meaning the si card has the problem. I was going up and down and they kept telling that they send the quarry to different department and they confirmed nothing is wrong. I then asked them the way forward and they told me that they can't do anything as they tried all means. My questiom is do I still have to pay for something that I'm not using??it's now 3weeks and some days without making any call but. I'm paying them! I went to them today and the guys at the shop tried to contact the people they thought could but I came back empty handed. I wanted to get hold of the big people and hear if they can tell that. they can't do anything and keep taking my money ! For what are you taking my money yet you can't. Provide the service I'm paying for. I'm really disappointeed with MTN !!

Over the Moon: Thank you guys for this Website I really appreciate it!! Because instead of doing a nunber swap that was going to cost me about R350 as suggested. My problem was just solved within Minutes yet I waited for a month to get it done bt failed.. I think toyi toyi is really the best language for one to get attention!!!thanx Hellopeter.com and to a sweet and attentive Mtn assistant Veronca ...u rock girl I where have you been when I was running up and down for nothing after all!!!
