| Today while shopping at Mr. Price Alberton I purchased a number of items,I couldn't believe today after purchasing a number of items that i was not allowed to remove the trolley from the shop to the car park where my car was parked. I was informed of this in a way that made me feel like a criminal, due to this I decided that if that was the attitude from the store I would rather return the items as there was no way that I would be able to carry it all. THEN i was pleasantly surprised by the lady called Lola who originally assisted me as she offered to go and find a trolley for me. Her attitude completely changed a negative shopping experience to a positive one. This resulting in me not returning the items. | |||
