People are so quick to complain about bad service, so I thought a well deserved compliment is a good change for once.. Was in the store on Sunday 29 Jan, asked a very friendly staff member if he will get a candle holder for me on the top shelf, he did that for me with a smile on his face and even was gracious enough to explain to me exactly how it works. Turns out this kind gentlemen was none other than the store manager himself (Donovan) Bought some goods, but as I arrived home I noticed that one of the candle holders was broken; phoned the store and spoke to the manager and explained my situation. He sorted the problem for me promptly and with a smile. That is my story Just want to thank Donovan for a great shopping experience.. |
