| I bought a 3 and 2 seater from Mr Pirce East Rand (not sure which one) on the 16 June 2011, the 2 seater is still fine, but the 3 seater is sagging. You cant even sit in it with out sinking in. So i phoned the 0800 customer care number and Eugene James answered, he then wanted me to take photo's and mail it to quality blah blah blah... not on... this is purly not a customer response needed and sounds more like a "we are not not really intrsted in your problems" i then told Eugene that i'm not doing that, he can arrange for the couch to be collected and you guys can inspect it and fix it. He advised that he can not do that. So what do i now? Take leagal action before you will assist? | |||
